I had a fabulous start to this week facilitating a mini #FirstImpressions session for The Living Room, a small charity providing addiction support to individuals and families. A lot of their initial contact with customers and clients is via the telephone and we were looking at how to create a positive First Impression when another person can hear us but can't see us. We discussed the 5Ps, active listening and shared ideas of how to approach different situations based on past experiences. We really loved joining in the Check In and Check Out, after two hours I felt like a member of the team.
