On other projects we would seek Kay's advice on training matters and initial analysis to ensure that further scope/requirements were not needed. Kay's proactive and consultative approach meant that when I had the opportunity to choose my project team, Kay was my automatic choice to lead on training advice and deliverables for my projects.
